What this website collects
This website does not operate a database and does not store personal or health information on any server under its control. There are no accounts, no logins and no patient portal.
The appointment form
The appointment request form does not submit data to this website. It assembles the details you type into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you can review and edit before sending. If you choose to send it, that message and any reports you attach are transmitted through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy and end-to-end encryption.
Information you share for a consultation
Medical information you provide before or during a consultation is handled as confidential patient information in line with the professional obligations of a registered medical practitioner and the record-keeping policies of Apollo Hospitals International Limited. It is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties except where clinically necessary for your care or where required by law.
Third-party embeds
Pages on this site embed a Google Maps frame so you can locate the hospital, and link out to Google Business Profile and Apollo 24|7. These third parties may set their own cookies and collect usage data under their respective privacy policies. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are self-hosted at build time rather than requested from a third-party font service, so no font request carries your IP address to an external provider. Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of medical records held about you by contacting the practice. Requests relating to hospital records are handled under Apollo Hospitals International Limited’s medical records policy.
